Services I offer

individual sessions

The relationship between myself and my clients is extremely important to me. The research is clear that having a therapist who is a good fit for you is the single most important factor for how helpful therapy will be for you. If at any time you decide I’m not the right fit for you, I want to know, so I can help you find someone who is.

Locations:

I offer weekly therapy sessions to Oregon residents via Teletherapy, and in-person sessions on Fridays at Resource Wellness Collective (801 NE Alberta Street, Portland, OR 97211).

Payment and Fees:

I accept private pay of $170 per 55-minute session. Payment is due at time of appointment via debit/credit card.

I am currently in-network with Moda and Aetna, and I am working on contracts with more insurance providers. I can also provide you with a Superbill for out-of-network reimbursement for other insurance plans (please let me know if you have questions about this!)

I maintain limited spots for reduced fee clients based on an equity-based sliding scale model. Please inquire with me about availability.

Consultations for fellow Healthcare providers

In grad school, we were lucky if we got any instruction on eating disorders. Most therapists feel anxious and unequipped if a client brings up concerns related to eating, exercise, and body image. I can help you learn how to assess clients’ symptoms, risk, and needs, and give you the confidence to approach these conversations with care and knowledge. Please reach out!
